Sendea Institute for Energy and Management is the legal successor of the Association of Sendea Uganda Ltd and its training arm known as the Sendea Academy which was founded in 2018. As of today, the capacity building activities have supported over 1,500 beneficiaries in both technical and business-related short courses in the energy sector of which 30% are women, 85% youth, and 70% attained employment. Our technical participants receive start up tool kits, internship and mentorship to be ready for work.
