LauncHER Engineers Hub is a non-profit organization founded in 2023 by three female engineers to promote gender equality in the engineering profession. Its mission is to create a supportive community where female engineers thrive, collaborate, and lead, with a vision of shaping a future where gender equality is the norm. To achieve this, LauncHER offers various programs, including graduate engineer preparation, mentorship, internship and networking opportunities, and professional entrepreneurship and skills development, all aimed at bridging the gap between industry and academia and fostering a community where female engineers can confidently thrive and lead.
