ENSET OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION

The ENSET OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (EOSA) is an organization founded on September 11, 2022, and officially recognized by the Cameroonian State under Receipt No. 380/RDA/C19/SAAJP.

Originally sector-based, EOSA brings together technical teachers trained in the various ENSET higher colleges. Today, it relies on a network of over 33,000 engineers, teachers, technicians, and executives serving the Cameroonian educational community.

EOSA main objective is to transform technical skills into concrete solutions that support local development, pedagogical innovation, and entrepreneurship.

As part of its activities, the association develops initiatives related to a just energy transition, pedagogical innovation, technical sovereignty, and applied artificial intelligence.

EOSA is built on a simple conviction:
Artificial intelligence does not replace the technician; it rather accelerates skills development, systems mastery, and local innovation capacity.

Based on the Competency-Based Approach (CBA) and the pedagogical principle “I do, We do, You do,” EOSA seeks to turn ideas into concrete tools, functional platforms, and incubated projects through initiatives such as OS HOLDING.

The solutions developed place special emphasis on youth, women, and vulnerable groups.

Main Missions:

  • Structure modern pedagogical platforms adapted to local realities;
  • Develop functional prototypes and promote learning by doing;
  • Implement project evaluation and monitoring systems;
  • Support the technical incubation of innovative projects, particularly in energy;
  • Strengthen local skills in digital technology, energy, and entrepreneurship.
